AT Shipping

All items are shipped via GLS. We dispatch all orders with a tracked service. The delivery time is typically 2-8 working days. Shipping costs are €5 in Austria, with free delivery on orders over €100.

Europe Shipping

Via GLS. Germany €8.90, rest of Europe €12. Free delivery on orders over €150. The delivery time is usually 5-10 working days.

International Shipping

Via Austrian Post. Please allow 10 to 28 working days for delivery. Orders under €100: €20 shipping. Orders over €150: Free shipping.

Missed Parcels

All courier services we use provide updates on the parcel's location and offer delivery alternatives that suit you. Please ensure that you enter your correct email address and mobile phone number to have full control over your delivery.

All deliveries will be attempted three times. On each occasion, you will have the opportunity to rearrange your delivery to a more convenient time or location. If you do not contact the courier and they have attempted delivery three times, at this point, the items will be returned to the warehouse. We will refund the amount for the goods minus the return postage fee and any additional charges incurred.

We advise ensuring that your delivery address is correct, that you have provided a valid email and mobile phone number, and that you have selected a delivery address that is convenient (home or work).

Duty and Other Charges

Please be aware that some countries impose taxes and customs duties on goods received. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for these. If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to customs charges, the items will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred during transit.

In some cases, this may mean forfeiting any refund, as return shipping and associated charges can exceed the amount paid for the goods. We highly recommend checking any additional costs before placing your order. WIERHANDELN Og cannot be held responsible for these charges; it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their own country's rules and regulations regarding imports from Austria.
